Let us take you through the whole processing, handling, and shipping steps of your order until it is delivered to your house

First, we want to inform you that We take care of "Taxes", and "Customs".

Now, once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us, which contains your invoice with all the details of your order.

Here comes our role in processing your order, we take a close look at all the Info provided(Item type, shipping address, number of units, etc.), after everything is confirmed, your order will be packed in your Scarefette packaging and will be ready to be shipped.

We are currently working with multiple warehousing and shipping companies all over the world, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, the United States, Hong Kong, and China. We do our best to ship from the warehouse closest to you according to our stock availability of the items you ordered.

Tracking numbers are usually available 2-5 business days after you place your order. In most cases, tracking numbers are activated instantly. 

However, in some cases, tracking may take an additional 1-2 business days to indicate the correct location of your package. You can contact our customer service at contact@scarfette.co for an accurate update of your order.

Our shipping partner companies work directly with all the National Shipping Companies in all countries of the world, and they deliver the order directly to them, for them to deliver it to your house.

For example: in the US, once your order reaches the country, USPS will be taking care of the delivery of your order until it arrived safely at your home.
